Novel Synopsis: The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2)
Well, this time we will share our experience of reading a novel titled The Reaver Chronicles: Raphael (Book 2). The author successfully creates an interesting atmosphere and drains the reader’s emotions. We will discuss some important aspects of this novel, from the plot, characters, and conflicts.
Raphael Kane is the third oldest brother of the four. Ruling over 19 Covens he is respected on a very high level. What I mean by that, is what he says goes… Period.
The issue? The Necromancers that surround his Coven lands. They don’t seem to respect anyone. They have been scavenging the nearby dead and rising them despite being told no. An alliance is the only way to fix things and keep the peace. But when Raphael’s High Priest, Jerome, comes back with bad news once again, Raphael decides to take matters into his own hands. He visits the Necromancers himself in order to create an alliance in person.
Upon arrival Raphael meets Blaze, the Necromancer King, and his daughter Haven. She seems to take a liking to Raphael immediately and goes out of her way to ensure that she drives him absolutely insane. The distraction is unwelcome, but Raphael just can’t say no to a beautiful, bad girl. As much fun as Raphael is having with Haven, there is something strange about her… Something he just cant quite put his finger on. She’s definitely hiding something, and he is determined to find out exactly what it is.
And as if things weren’t bad enough, Raphael meets Roxy. A Human girl who he instantly is entranced by. The thing is, Raphael has never been entranced by anyone in his life. Finding his chosen mate couldn’t have come at a worse time, and now he will have to protect her too.
Can Raphael Keep his alliance, avoid a war between three very powerful species, uncover the secrets that Haven has been hiding, and keep Roxy safe? Or will he fail, causing war and losing the one and only girl that he may ever actually love?
